Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 September 2026
These Terms govern your use of Onbew, a website subscription service operated by Prabhas Kadari (a sole proprietorship operated by Prabhas Kadari) (“Onbew”, “we”, “us”). By subscribing, or by using onbew.com, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What you are buying
Onbew is an operated service, billed monthly. Your subscription covers: building your website, hosting it, keeping it online and monitored, and making changes to it when you ask. It is not a one-off delivery of files and it is not a licence to software you run yourself.
Your plan sets how many pages your website may have, how many times it may be published in a month, and how much ongoing work is covered. Those limits are shown on our pricing page and on your usage page inside the product. We may change what a plan includes for future billing periods, and we will tell you before it takes effect.
2. Prices are what you are charged
The price shown when you subscribe is the price you pay. We verify every payment against the invoice we issued and refuse any that does not match. Prices are set per market and shown in your local currency; the currency you are billed in is determined by where you are, not by a setting you can change.
Any applicable tax is shown separately at checkout. We will tell you before a renewal price changes, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
3. Renewal, failed payments and suspension
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. We email you before each renewal.
If a renewal payment fails:
- we email you and retry the payment over the following days;
- your website stays online throughout a grace period of 7 days, and we email you before it ends;
- if the payment still has not cleared, we suspend the website — visitors see a short holding page instead of your site.
Suspension is not deletion. Your website, its content, your uploaded images and your address are retained, and service resumes when the outstanding amount is paid.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your billing page. There is no notice period and no minimum term. Cancelling stops future renewals; your website stays online until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund that period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Your content, and who owns what
You own your website and its content — the text, the images you upload, and the material generated for you. We claim no ownership of it.
You grant us the licence we need to run the service: to store, process, adapt and publish your content for the purpose of building, hosting and maintaining your website, and to send it to the processors listed in our Privacy Policy. That licence ends when your content is deleted, except where we must retain records by law.
You confirm that you have the right to everything you give us — your business details, your logo, and every photograph you upload — and that our using it will not infringe anyone’s rights.
The Onbew name, our marketing site, and the software that builds and serves websites remain ours.
6. How your website is made, and what that means
Your website is generated using artificial intelligence. We send the information you give us to third-party AI providers, which are named in our Privacy Policy, and they return text, layout decisions and images that we assemble into your site.
This has two consequences we would rather state plainly than bury:
- Nothing is published until you approve it. You see the finished website first and decide whether it goes live.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what your website says about your business. We run automated checks for obviously unsupported claims, particularly in regulated trades, but we cannot know whether a price, a qualification or an opening time is correct. Please read your website before you approve it, and tell us about anything that is wrong.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Onbew to build, host or promote:
- anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights;
- content that is deceptive about who you are or what you sell, including impersonating another business;
- malware, phishing, or material designed to deceive a visitor into giving up credentials or payment details;
- content that is obscene, hateful, or harmful to children.
You also agree not to attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to our systems, to scrape the service, or to use automated means to generate work repeatedly in a way designed to exhaust the resources your plan covers.
We may suspend a website that breaches this section. Where the breach is not dangerous and can be fixed, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
8. Availability
We work to keep your website online and we monitor it, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime percentage, and we would rather say so than publish a number we do not measure. The service depends on third parties — hosting, database, payment and AI providers — and their outages affect us.
We may take the service down for maintenance. Where that is planned, we will give notice.
9. Support
Support is by email at support@onbew.com. Each plan states a target response time. That is a target we work to, not a contractual guarantee, and it covers our first reply rather than a resolution.
10. Ending the service
You may cancel at any time, as set out above. We may suspend or end your subscription if payment fails and remains unpaid after the grace period, if you breach section 7, or if we are required to by law.
If we end the service for a reason that is not your breach, we will refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.
On termination we retain your data for a limited period so that you can ask for a copy or ask us to delete it — see our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Except as these Terms say, the service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a website we build will produce any particular commercial result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or goodwill. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you supply or approve, or from your breach of section 7.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you by email before it applies to you, and you may cancel if you do not accept it. The date at the top of this page is when it last changed.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are outside India, disputes are instead resolved by binding arbitration seated in Bengaluru, conducted in English under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
